Sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, drawing. Bronze, steel, glass, wood, leather, rope, fiber, wax, clay. I work in any material and art form that is appropriate to the demands and challenges at hand.
Unknowingly at the beginning, but later upon examination I realize I engage with all my capabilities: mind, body and heart. This includes aspects of desire, love, loss, suffering and joy.
I depend equally on chance and deliberation. This natural course of action leads me as much as I lead it. I am gradually discerning that this multi-dimensional activity enhances my empathy and understanding of daily life.
